Sagger World Holidays has put together this disclaimer to make sure our clients understand the scope of our services and the limits of our responsibility. Please read this page before booking any travel service with us. By using our website or booking with us, you accept the contents of this Disclaimer.
 

1. Visa Approvals
 

We help you with your visa paperwork and guide you through the process, but the final decision on whether a visa is approved or rejected rests entirely with the embassy or consulate of that country. We have no authority in that decision. If a visa is refused,hence we cannot be held responsible for any money loss or travel plans that fall through as a result.
 

2. Prices
 

Flight fares, hotel rates, and package prices can change at any time. What we quote you today may not be the same tomorrow, as prices are set by airlines, hotels, and suppliers - not by us. A price is only locked in once the booking is confirmed and payment is made.

3. Travel Disruptions
 

Things like bad weather, natural disasters, political situations, pandemics, or government travel bans are completely outside our control. If your trip is affected by any such situation, Sagger World Holidays cannot be held responsible. We always suggest checking travel news and advisories before you travel.
 

4. What We Do
 

We plan and operate our own holiday packages, and we also book flights, hotels, and other services on your behalf through third-party suppliers. When we book on your behalf, the service agreement is between you and that supplier directly. We are the link in between, not the service provider.

5. Third-Party Services
 

Once you are on your trip, the services -  your hotel stay, your flights, your local transport -  are delivered by those respective companies, not by us. If something goes wrong with a hotel room or a flight, that issue needs to be taken up with the concerned hotel or airline. We will do our best to help where we can, but we cannot take guarantee the time frame of the issue as it depends upon the companies how they run their operations.

6. Travel Insurance
 

Getting travel insurance is entirely your responsibility. We strongly suggest you get a good policy before you travel -  one that covers medical situations, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. If you choose to travel without insurance and something goes wrong, we are not in a position to cover those costs.

7. Injury or Loss During Travel
 

Travel carries its own set of risks. Sagger World Holidays is not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss of belongings, or any other mishap that may happen to you during your trip or at any point connected to your travel. We ask all our travellers to stay aware of their surroundings and look after their personal safety and belongings.
 

8. Jurisdiction
 

If any disagreement or dispute arises from a booking made with us, it will be handled under the laws of India and will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab only.
